Question by : can anyone in uk recommend a web-hosting business?
Basically I am looking for a cheap easy to use I have a domain name what i want it for is to sell prints of photographs at sport meetings and airshows I cant afford a lot as I am retired and looking to make some money out of a hobby and am no good at html

I’ll just give you some tips. Don’t believe any of those sites that have top 10 listings etc.. they are ways to allure newcomers into believing that there is really a so-called “best web hosting” company so that new customers will flock to them.
Go to http://www.webhostingtalk.com. It is a forum where lots of experienced web hosts and users will be there to give you an opinion and recommend a good host in UK. Specify what you need there (your requirements, what type of site are you going to put up etc) and ask for recommendations. To promote honesty, they usually ask you to zero in on a few hosts and then you can ask whether it is good to use the services of any of the web hosts that you’ve shortlisted. I am not associated with this company but I’ve heard a host called eukhost (UK) is good. Please do your own research about whether they are really good.
